dontknowlodge.com ↗Wakaranai Lodge is my own project in Hokkaido. I built the whole brand from scratch: name, narrative, website, print, and programmes like Analog Weeks below.
A recurring programme about slowing down: no screens, long walks, shared meals, and time to not know the answer. The concept shaped everything, from the website copy to posters, Instagram carousels, and hand-drawn illustrations that feel like they were made at the kitchen table.

Logo and website for a bungalow stay on Koh Phangan. Beyond the visual work, I researched the guest journey, built an island guide, and set up SEO plus generative-search visibility so the site could actually drive bookings, not just look finished.
The original site was English only. I rebuilt the information architecture, rewrote the tone, and designed a full brand system: logo, business cards, and a multilingual website in Japanese, English, and Korean so clients can navigate complex visa services in their own language.
